Returns Policy

We hope you love your order, but just in case it's not quite right, here's how to send it back:

14 Days - Returns are welcome within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Condition - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags still attached (we know toddlers like to test things out, but returns need to stay in new condition)

Refunds - Once your return arrives safely back with us , we'll refund you withing 5-7 working days to your original payment method 

Exchanges - Need another size? The quickest way is to return your item for a refund then place a fresh order,

Faulty items - If something slipped through our quality checks, email us at info@ffrecklec.com and we'll make it right.
